Every property gets a written checklist agreed at the walkthrough, so you know exactly what's covered before the first visit — and so does anyone covering a holiday.

Homes

Weekly, biweekly or monthly — plus one-off deep cleans.

  • Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned top to bottom, including appliance fronts and fixtures
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, edges and under furniture included
  • High-touch points disinfected — handles, switches, rails, remotes
  • Beds made and linens changed on request
  • Interior windows, sills and blinds on a rotating schedule
  • Move-in, move-out and post-renovation deep cleans at the same rate

One rate for homes and offices, weekdays and weekends, first visit and hundredth. No call-out fee, no weekend premium, no surprise line on the invoice — you pay for the hours worked and nothing else. At the walkthrough Fiona tells you how many hours the job takes, so you know the number before she starts.

    Home walkthroughs take about 20 minutes. Offices need a little longer and a look at the floor plan.

    Walkthrough and hours

    Fiona visits, works through the property room by room, and tells you how many hours the clean takes at $40 an hour. No charge for the visit.

    First clean

    Agree a cadence and a checklist. From then on it's the same cleaner, the same day, the same list, the same rate.
